Description: Thirty-eight flowers and one bud on five upright inflorescences borne on a main plant with basal kiekies of 52.0 cm bearing leaves of 3.5-cm wide by 8.4-cm long; flowers white, fine red bars proximally overlaid green-yellow distally; lip white side lobes overlaid yellow centrally, isthmus overlaid Mustard yellow, midlobe overlaid yellow and spotted red proximally; column white; substance firm; texture crystalline.
